Return Policy

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: NUBAWAX can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

If you are returning an item because of an error on the part of NUBAWAX or because it is damaged or defective, your delivery charges and the costs incurred in returning the items will be reimbursed.Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, and there has been no error on the part of NUBAWAX, only the cost of the item will be refunded. The cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase will not be refunded.Please note that returns delivered by hand cannot be accepted.

 

You will be notified via e-mail when your return has been processed--this may take up to three weeks.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.

 

In addition to your 14-day returns guarantee, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days.
